I recently went to a wedding where I ate ‘til I couldn’t breathe, and I must say I really enjoyed it. I understand that weddings are for the people getting married, so that usually means the ceremony part can be a little boring. I don’t know how many times I have heard the story of the creation of man and woman, and by this time during the ceremony, I usually blackout.
At this most recent wedding I attended, as the priest was telling a story, I thought how great it would be if he started talking about “Lord of the Rings” or “Transformers.” If I really heard any of these sayings during a wedding ceremony, I would have to get up and start moshing and head-banging.
